Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.
How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at hello@ownyouraura.com
Can I order as a gift to someone else?
When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
How can I get a refund for my order?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.

Does the Money Back Guarantee apply to recurring orders?
If there is an issue with your order, we will do everything we can to make sure that gets sorted out. However, once the recurring order is sent out, we are unable to offer refunds.
If I don't want any more products, when do I have to cancel my subscription?
As long as you cancel before the recurring order is shipped out, you won't be charged for a recurring order!
