What ingredients are in it?

We put only essential ingredients into each of our products – our probiotic gummy includes Bacillus coagulans (for helping relieve diarrhea, gas, and indigestion), and Bifidobacterium lactis (for helping to modulate the gut microbiota and prevent inflammation).

Can I take this while I am nursing or pregnant? 

All of our ingredients are natural, but it is recommended not to take this while you’re nursing or pregnant. 

Does it matter when I take these supplements?

The time of the day isn’t critical, but it is important that you take them every day to feel the effects. We also recommend taking all of our supplements with food to aid in digestion and absorption of the ingredients.

All Aura products are natural and work together to give you the best results possible. Our bundles are made with you in mind.

How many Aura Probiotics gummies do I take?

Take a serving of 2 gummies a day, every day for best results. If you’re trying Aura products for the first time, try starting with 1 or 2 a day while your body adjusts. Like most supplements, taking with food is suggested.

Our probiotics contain 2 different strains of probiotics, giving you proactive defense against Yeast Infections. Probiotics have also been known to help aid digestion
